Initial Contact
From the first meeting with the client, our consultant strives to understand the big picture, the reasons of consultant engagement, and explore with client the solutions and L&D strategies, and business results that the client is expecting.
Defining the Scope
Through a comprehensive consulting proposal which highlights the macro-view of the project and the solutions that ATEX will bring in. Client could work with us on the details of engagement. We define clearly the scope and ensure client is satisfied with the deliverables.
Client Needs Analysis
ATEX selects the most appropriate analysis method through a variety analysis methodologies including, but not limited to, individual interview, group interview, intact team meeting, questionnaires, internal references studies.
Solution Proposal
After a detailed analysis of client’s needs, our consultant will propose the appropriate learning and development strategies and solutions including, but not limited to, classroom training, team building program, intact team meeting, development center, strategic planning meeting, eLearning and other organization development initiatives.
Solution Implementation
ATEX takes periodic review and client feedback seriously from beginning to the end of our project. Our consultant works with the sponsor of the project and the other stakeholders to ensure our proposed solutions are effectively realized.
Review
To ATEX, we are not only committed to deliver the promised solutions, we would like to see the expected results achieved and sustained. Hence, we review the results achieved with client and also recommend further measures to ensure the results are sustainable.
